Downgrade 3510 V4.24

Can I downgrade 3510 V4.24 with cheap DCT4 flasher and where I can get MCU and PPM V4.24 for cheap flasher?

coz i am so much worried about my problem
i can very easly flash nokia dct4 fone very easly
but now i cant coz every time i have got the error message for fia files. no access volitation and some no loader of this flash file.
i have change a lot of fia file but the prob is stil
some time i think so it the prob due to a serus virus
n e way plz tell me the slution
specialy i cant flash 8310 and 6510 but 3510 can be easly flashed
remember i have only cheaped flasher
and also tell me that can i use cheap flasher with phonix or which dongle i wil have required for flash with phonix
