Flash read/write with Labtool programmer

hi,

i have soem pieces dead 5210 and 3310 and its not flashing with softwares like knok or rolis. i tried to replace flas chip from good phone and its working. so, i took a backup of this good chip with Labtool48 and programmed other chip with this file.but its not working. anyone can tell me if its possible in any other way? is the any special setting needed on labtool configuration to read/write nokia flash chip?
