v8088 cannot received calls

Hi all,

There's one problem with my motorola v8088. Even when the reception is in full bar, sometimes i can't get an incoming calls.
I've try this with my friends already. We check that both of our signal is full. When he try to call my phones, He got a message that my phone is not active or not reachable. No problem with our operator. Izzit hardware problem or software problem. How to solve it ?

That's not the flash problem, it's your phone's duplexer damaged :) ( the blue one)
