Need urgent help for SEGAMs.

I have two Phones 1st is SEGAM My X5, and 2nd is Segam MY 3078.. Need to UNLOCK..

I have segam ONLINE server from razawan GSM... but I can't unlock both phones..
But I must need to unlock those phones..
please anyone tell me how I can unlock tham..

I can't enter in HOT MENU in X5..
