Help 311 no display after unlock

311 v102 no display after unlock with henrich 1.8.

Tryed to change lcd the same , tryed unlock with Wray 5.5 wrong infoation.

Please help me , phone no flash yet.

flash the phone with the flash , no display again , try restore teh zone , the same , flash again with Wray 5.5 ,no display and change lcd and work this time 100000%
