6310 4.07 unlock ?

anyone help i have a 6310 v4.07 and have tried to unlock with dct 4 unlocker by digi com, dct 4 tool by tech tron & jic dct 4 unlocker and none seem to do it has anyone got a Solution to do this thanks mark
