yes u r right. support from ET Box is really slow even for new box with pinfinder. they should release new update soon otherwise none will buy ET box.

i also agree with u bro. i bought ET box + with pinfinder. alot of Flash IDs not supported but no update. i think infinity or spiderman is better choice than ET box cuz update is really fast
