gx10 solution!! anybody tried this

I hav already tried this on the uk version (voda). i get message retry network code. i checked out about 3 handsets...i get same response.
I do beleive this is probably the way to unlock a GX10...the fone does respond to the codes until the last moment where it rejects the final procedure!

Sharp GX-10 unlock solution

With Sim Card (of locked network) in phone:

*01763*6371# and press M.

In menu go to: SETTINGS->SELECT->SECURITY

then in Security menu:MEP LOCKS->SELECT

insert default security code 0000

In menu go to NETWORK and choose DEACTIVATE

press SELECT and insert 812664697614

Press OK, phone anwser will be: DONE .

phone unlocked

812664697614 was generated from a phones imei. will only work on that 1 phone only

Yes is like nokia dct4 unlock codes
this code is only for 1 phone

hi guys
im dying pls help me!!!!!! i live in cyprus and it s kinda hard to go to a vodafone and get my gx10 unlocked. can anybody help me . i tried phoning vodafone in uk but it has been 2 weeks since and they still didnt call with unlock code!!!!!!! cant even find data cable to unlock cos my gx 10 is the only one in cyprus. can anyone help pls im desperate!!!
