on our page this soft is sell with dongle ,does the one posted by valti also.
The soft is unprotected. It works with our cables, or with original Sharp cable, available at larger Vodafone retailers.

I downloaded one version from a spanish site -but it seemed to mess up my PC (started erasing words from files) dont know if virus. anyone?

Could anyone tell me if the sim card of locked sp is needed when ruunning this software?
Also, does it work with the cable in the original package?
try this pin out
1, 2, 3, 14- gnd
5- output 2,5V from phone for cable (like ericsson)
6 rx phone
7 tx phone
also I did not tested the free pinout but you shoud see at the top of the display a link sign.
Be aware of the fact that the gx 10 send tx data at a 2.2 - 2.5V level and the max 232 read high lelel at 3.3V so you need an max3232 or equivalent with 3.3 V power supply.
Try this out and post your replyes

If I buy a data cable (XN-1DC10) - will that work with the unlocking software ?
My mate has tested it with one of the original Vodafone cables and he said it worked 100%.
Its from Unlocking.net for *** sake!
@dydycom... i have tried your pinouts... but with the 323 ic....did not work... looking for 3232 ic .... will post the results than...
Another thing.. a friend of mine has orignal cable..that is working with the s.w. when he has open the connector...there are 8 different wire connect to the conector...

ok m8.. the 8 wire cable is a modem one so it is normal to use 8- just look at an external modem or nk6210 dlr3 connector.
The cable Should work with Max 3316E,
it work for lower Power (2.5V, 1 Micro Amp)

use one 74hc14 like this and no need for max3232- u can use normal max232 and conect like this work 100% :)) now tested

using the first post of pinout: on tx pin from phone u should insert 2 hex inverters from 74hc14 because the low voltage from phone on tx pin is not enough for high state reading by max232 so the 74hc14 is used to rise the phone TX from 2.2v to 4.5v. in rest the pin out is not modified. Using the normal max232 will put phone in test mode but the program will not work because of the low voltage.
so my ideea was to use normal interface on this kind of phones witch use 3.3V tehnology

Sorry, my mistake.
Everyone, who whant to make this cable, Need MAX232, external power supply, and some additional info for the phone.
Given shematic/info for tha cable is not 100% correct.
Better by factory made cable. You may destroy serial interface of the phone with wrong cable!

I am LIVING IN Islamabad.
and I also tried PINOUTS by dydycom, with MAX232 and external POWER not worked for me..
But I think problem is I need to USE MAX2323....
But anyone here please POST tested PINOUTS and also SCHEMATICS for circut..

@wahab as youre a super mod get in touch with AboAli-like s4saji says have you tested the pin outs by previous posters? I personally wouldnt risk it as I dont wanna destroy this fone as thers no flasher readily available!

I unlocked in last 3 weeks mayby 20 pieces with orginal cable from vodaphone
but i use another soft with dongle ,,
and i test this soft too is working very good.
buy a cable from vodAPHONE IS 100% WORKING

@ AssenBg and DrMobile yesterday I was trying to connect with Sharp and this is my result:
With Max 232 and pinout of didycom It shows sign on the screen this is result of the jumpers between 1,2,3 and 14.
Without powering Max232 (direct supply form Pc) and powering max232 with 78L05 same result, enter in test mode if you push one time the botton (blank screen) and if you push another time the boton screen shows a strange message about backup user data in a red banner, but not successfull unlock
Also I tried with special maxim from t191 dm-tools cable but no luck, no enter in test mode.
the schematics are on my group on yahoo, named dydycom,
also works with normal interface and it needs only a 4k7 rezistor conected from main + 5V to phone tx pin to pull up the voltage so the max can read the "1" value

@Hakika, i conclude that you are referring to our cables. I can assure you that any cables sold directly through us are 100% working and tested. It is remotely possible that a faulty cable could be sent to a customer, in which case it would be immediately replaced!

Read what it says when you are given this 403
"You must supply a local referer to get URL '/gsm/Gx10_unlock_and_correct_pinout.zip' from this server"
This means in normal language that you must access this link from the server where the file resides, it cannot be hyperlinked from here.
So go to http://www.kranegsm.go.ro and open the page, then you just paste the link
/gsm/Gx10_unlock_and_correct_pinout.zip
And that's that, and you'll get the file !!

I employed this pinouts :
Cut the connector you must have 4 wires not 3
Use panasonic G450 connector
keyboard
1------8
9------16
Red more or less +5 Vcc
Blue to Tx pin 7
White to Rx pin 6
Black to gnd connect pins 1,3,14 shorted
connect pins 2-10 shorted
in pins 7 you must put 10 k reisitor each and supply them with the red wire

had the first clip produced in uk . use real cable

I downloaded software..I can connect to phone..phone goes to USER DATA DOWNLOAD...but does not go into test mode....wht can be the problem? pls help....maybe my pinout is not correct ..I am using UDK box....does any one have pinouts for UDK box..pls any help
