v 13.04 impossible to unlock [Archive]

i found two v 13.04 i can't unlock by box.it communicates but do not unlock and after putting them in tamper alert it doesn't detamper.any solution?

since i know i am supposed to think that version is made simply, like former(by box) not by clip.your clip works also with this version irinel?
