i've tried to use some midlets in:
Java/s/x.jad
but when the midlet is started it wants to download from somewhere?

You need to edit the address in the url to match your midlet location on the mmc.

Yes it does but i don't know how much :( It certainly consumes more battery problem.

I have activated a midlet screensaver but later disable it. Reasons:
1. It consumes battery. Not sure how much though. But not using the screensaver certainly save a little.
2. When the screensaver is running, pressing the red button will return to the normal screen. There is no keylock.
3. There is a screensaver patch with keylock. However, in that patch, the screensaver is no longer automatic. To activate, a long press # is needed. Must as well use a short cut to a midlet.
4. Does the *screensaver* really *save* the screen? Or it just give the phone a *cooler* look?
Well, just my personal opinion. ;) Others may think differently.
Anyway, the creation of the screensaver in the SL45 is undoubtly a great piece of respectable work. We owe it to RizaPN and all others who have contributed to it.
Is there a patch that doesn't use midlet but one full screen picture. I know that there is one colled 'Use Screen Style Images as a Screen Saver when Keypad is Locked' but it uses my start animation very slowly. So is there any which use only single picture (full screen)???????
