i have etbox which is giving protection card error. box is installed properly.
the sim inside is rejected. i will like to exchange with etbox plus. is it possible.

1. you need to see why is problem of "protection card error". for this you should send box back to reseller
2. after this box is ok, then only you can exchange with ET-BoX Plus, cause feven for exchange u need a working box.

registry error is because you are missing the unique registration file for your ET-BoX. this file is provided in the disc which is provided with the box package. if you have lost this disc and not saved the reg, then u can ask your reseller for the registration file.
If in any case you have problem with your reseller, then please send complete details to ET-BoX support area with all descriptions. if you post your serial number and ask for registration file on forum, then it might be posible that your reg can get banned by the server.

# date of purchase
# your name, address, phone
# reason why your reseller is not providing your reg file
