he1 v.300 via eeprom

hi

i am looking for soft to unlock bin file HE1 after read via pony prog
i have alcaclera by terror 1.02 and i do not know if it supported v300

i looked at USPU 4.38 and there is option but versions >300 :(

because my retofit doen't work :( :( :(
i have 4.23 and probobly not full version - if some1 find some time plz send me retrofit for HE series at gladeo@interia.pl
