gd 92 not power on & not charge with simcard insert

hello all.

gd 92 power on with low charged battery.
find network but call failed.when connect charger
with power on, phone gose to off.some time with sim
card power can't on.

with full charged battery phone not power on
also not charging battery.

check charging pins for shortcut...if yes, find small 5 pins device and change/remove it. Better is change of course.
