pls read...hd8 dont start or connect after retrofit

hy....i flashed a hd8 parameter 2 with retrofit with one flash found in resu directory....phone worked...but then it says 'personalization error'....i flashed it again with original parameter 2 flash but nothing,and now it only blinks when try to power on....and i cant connect it with retrofit.....i read the old posts and i have good flash but dont know whit what flasher to flash......anyone,pls help me find a flasher to full flash the phone..... ....tnx

Use this flasher (http://users.pandora.be/fludor/Uploads/Alcatel/hd8_flasher.rar) , it works, and after that use retrofit to change imei.
