Well i think support is s---t i buy griffin gd55 unlocker
Griffin box does not work and gd 55 was not put on disc
inside griffin box was many dry joints and dark area where it looked burnt they asked to do small repair myself . i am not
electrican . so i send back yesterday and they tell me i will recive
new box from griffin team in england i do not recive box yet or
soft All i see in this new griffin is gold paint I am not happy with
them

As i told you your griffin box will be changed as soon as you send it back to us.We only resell Griffin ,so the quality you should report it to griffin team as i told you in my email.I told you that i will replace it without any comments.I never told you to make "small repairs",i told you only to check if processor contacts are good.
About bad support what you say : how should i change the box in the same day when you told me that you have problems?Sorry..but i am not magician.
About the Gd55 software let me remaind you that you did not pay for it,it was a bonus offered by us.You got the download link for it from our server.

for me to contact griffin team I did not buy from them if i had i
would your email to me said box would be replaced yesterday.
I myself wondered how you were going to do that. When i go into
west union and send money you get within the hour but me i have to wait forget your box and send me MTCN no how about that you can be clever with words all you fact is fact


Today i wait answer from griffin team.I think that someone will exchange the
box there in England.
If you don't have an answer from me in 6 hours pls mail me.

Try to open the griffin box,take out the cpu and put it back again.
This should solve your problem.
The box have been packed in combo box exactly to prevent any damage.
All boxes are tested before sending, so i am sure that must work.

That is not check conections fan is hot glued to risistors on top
of cpu I could have caused damage with hot air.

This box not tested.I was happy to send them money i think the
trust bit is for us the customer they run no risk and also you play with words that more than anything angers me the single one off
buyer seems to be fair game I BET I DONT GET MTCN no

I am glad your happy but i am not and one or two statments they

This man is not a forward thinker because i buy only one box.
