Anyone got anything to unlock these handsets??
Its on Vodafone in UK, any ideas????

you have helped me a couple of times m8 so here is a bit of payback. i have not tested this as i'm wating for a cable to come. but hope it works from a good source.

Our software has not been tested on GX-10i, but there is no reason why it shouldn't work.

It DOES NOT work on the GX-10i . I tested it personally with an original Sharp cable that I use to unlock GX-10 with.
Can you please give me more details?
I need to know what the soft says, what the phone displays, etc..
Also please type *01763*8371# and let me know what the phone displays!

The phone would not go into service mode.
The software tried to connect and failed.
I do not have the phone here now I am afraid so I cannot help with the last.

Yep, encountered the same as Alex.. even with CompleteGSM's software.
Also tried JIC's clips and no joy.
Will try getting hold of it again and will try the code.

please be aware that in the posts that were deleted was an appology for my genuine mistake, as i missed spotting the i of the end of gx10i. this was in no way an attempt to increase my post count and feel insulted that YOU have viewed it in this way. i am a responsible poster and do not deliberetly post junk however i did make a mistake in reading this post. as you are aware i have no means of deleting my posts so just a polite pm would have been ok. instead of going in with the boot. if you do not want people to respond to posts with a view of helping out that is fine by me. a genuine mistake does not warrant a trash answer like this:mad: :mad: :mad:

You can delete your posts, by editing them, and selecting the delete option!
Your posts were deleted because there were 5 messages including the repetition, the apologies, and a solitary post with just smilies! They were deleted because there were just far too many of them, just an apology would not be deleted.

Could you please confirm what hardware this phone has? Chipset, etc.. If you can, please make a photo and mail it to me! There are two PCBs, one beneath the LCD, and one beneath the keypad!

if it was as simple as you said to delete the 3 posts + the embarrassed smilies then i would have done that in the first place. the reason why 2 posts where placed the same was a server error and it would not let me delete any of the posts because it said i did not have permission to do so. the reason i am hacked off is because of your manner of ticking people off, if you would have deleted the posts and dropped me a private mail i would of accepted that without a moan. but to treat me like a pratt who does not know what i was doing upset me. i'm chilled out but i still think your method of moderation is crap !!!!
ps i've said enough on this subject now and as far as i'm concerned i will not say anymore.:p

Don't question Jan Farrel's moderating...
Posts that say nothing, repeat them selves, smiles etc... can be deleted without notifying the person who posted them...
Next time, instead writing many posts, simply edit your post and add/delete text you want and problem is solved...
Without Jan's free software you'll still be buying logs or expensive software to unlock your phones so show a little respect and don't take the whole arm when a hand is given to you...
Cool down and take care of your postings and think before you post something, check text twice and when all is OK, press the SUBMIT button...

I see the moderators on this forum are very pleasant and proffesional. first point i make is that IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO DELETE THE POSTS AS THE DELETE BUTTON WOULD NOT GIVE ME PERMISSION TO DO SO. and secondly i feel that when disrespect is shown to me i will quetion whoever does that so go on show your power and ban me from this forum. this has got to be the worst treatment i have ever experienced on any gsm forum. i think as a qualified m.c.s.e. i should know how to delete posts as i also admin another gsm forum. i would not dream of treating fellow posters with the contempt and disrespect that both jan and yourself have treated me. as much as i was starting to like this forum and its posters i guess some attitudes need to be addressed. i don't need cheap softwares and unlocking solutions. i have paid for quality products and don't get any problems. Anyway i am cool it takes a bit more than a few cross words to upset me !!! but as i said on the last post i made i am through arguing with you guys and feel it was bad taste of mine to start arguing on somebody else's post. so if you want to flex your muscles anymore guys do it through private mail please. MY APPOLOGIES TO THE GUYS WHO HAVE POSTED IN THIS TOPIC.

Yes, moderators here are very pleasant and proffesional... just because they have to deal with over 23000 members... from those 23000, there are some few hundred smarta**es like you are right now... as I see, you are Admin on some other forum, probably started your own to be able to be a GREAT MODERATOR yourself... maybe in your Forum you give a damn about any order or dissorder and you allow every kind of good and crap stuff (as I have seen on few other Forums - total chaos) but here things are different, Forum is cleaner, calmer and has a good overview of all what is written here... so, to many members are angry and arguing because they can't walk AMOK here around the Forum and play Doc Hollyday... we take care about multiple posting, empty "smile" posts, sales outside Sales section and selfpromotion in wrong sections... sorry, if something is cool on your Forum, maybe is not cool here... since you could not use the DELETE button, as a Admin you could have known that you can at least EDIT your post and delete the contents of that post... was it so hard? or it was intentional to play a victim so you have a reason to write what you wrote...
So, learn something once for all... noone here has any intention to ban you or harm you in any way... or anyone... Jan Farrel is our latest moderator, he just signed in as a Mod and he didn't knew all the tricks what members or Mods can do and that is not a excuse neither for you or him to attack each other... and BTW, why the heck did you wrote 3-4 posts? To increase post number counter? You could have simply edited your post and change things and nothin of this all would happen at all... but, members would not be members if they are not looking for a hair inside an egg... or looking for trouble...
