Alcatel BE4 v137 unlocking

Could anyone help me with the right software to use in unlocking BE4 v137. I have tried different softwares with no luck and on different computers. The phone refused to go into test mode.

I have used

1. All BE4 by Mcomm 2001:- Says Version not supported.
2. Service tool by Martech:- Error
etc but no success. Phone still works perfectly on Vodafone

try this: with lotorepairer read .pdt... resoft your phone with another flash (v137) and then write .pdt to phone... now try to unlock..... save flash and .pdt!!!!!
