BE4 135 language changing problem

I changed IMEI on Alcatel 302 with 'Alcatel BE4 unlocker by Lviv Students For Lord'. The program flashes the phone back to version 135 and it flashes the language area too and I lost the Hungarian. I read the language area from another phone with the same version (135) and tried to write to the one that lost the Hungarian. I read and injected the language by BE4 Language Changer by EMSI v0.85b but there is still no Hungarian. I think it is phisically in the flash but I can choose only between the languages (English, Russian, Ukranian, etc.) that they were already in the flash before.

I tried to change language on version 138 and it works perfectly.

What could be the problem? What programs do I need to use? Please help me!

you can't change language pack as usually in versions with complex language packs (with russian language for example)

change languages works only in latin language packs

Oh, I did not know that there are complex languages in BE4 too.
And how can I write the latin languages back to the phone instead of the complex?
