Why in v121 the IMEI is'nt encrypted (in v122 to v124 IMEI is encripted) and this program don't recognice the language of v121
when I click 'read language'

Usually just need to dump the first 64k file then patch it to new one will be work, if you have problem for that just send me the 64k file + the version you want to upgrade I can help for that!

121---->124 is not problem for example with great s2gsm software (AlcatelServiceSoftware) but this program is not free of course.......

About UPGRADE without this program - u need to "crypt" the imei....maybe some master can help you....but i think nobody will play with this....so find someone with S2GSM sw or go to alcatel service for OFFICIAL FW upgrade...

There is a different crypt's algorithm on 121 and some 122 versions for IMEI, also some 121 and 122 have 2MB flash size... be carrefull

I havePhilips Genie tsd 838 and i can't unlock it i test with Genie Code Reader by Cable:entering tat mode but insupported version.
I read dump(24c32) ,but how to unlock?
