Hi,
The www.sharp.mobile.com FAQ says that the GX10 data cable provides no more functionality than is possible using IrDa. just how true is this? There are two thing i would like to be able to do to my GX10...
- Unlock it from Vodafone UK.
- Transfer Jar files to it.
Apparently I can use the software at www.unlocking.net to unlock it if i had the cable, but if i take the sharp FAQ at it's word, then i should be able to do this over IrDa too?
The second point is about uploading J2ME apps to the phone, can I also do this over IrDa, or is this physically imposable unless they go OTA.
