Problems unlock Alcatel 501 - ALL BE5

I've serious problems unlocking an ALCATEL 501 using "ALL BE5 by MCOMM - FREE version " software.

All actions switch on the phone although all instructions tell that it should be switched off.
UNLOCK or READ FLASH does not responde.
Turning off the terminal causes ERROR in BE5-unlock software. INFO shows "FLASH VERSION UNKNOWN".

Also tried FLASH124 versions for WAP - no success.

Any idea???
