My be 4 5 no comunication with pc

Please helppp!I can conect any Alcatel Be4,5 with computer.my com is amd athlon 950mhh.i try also on intel p II 350 but still nothing.the phone is powered on.what should i do?

I thynk, You use bed shame of PC to phone adaptor. Use one wyth auto ignition! Shame have one more transistor.
