Need an advice starting programming SIM ATK.

What literature better describes SIM ATK?
What SDK are available?
What hardware SIM reader/writer and cards is needed?

try to log or study the command send by simedit 4...

i'm studing sim application toolkit too, i want to implement a menu like sim-emu in the funsim
