hELLO GUYS,
JUST WANTED TO KNOW what this items are used for.
I think Test Jigs is used for testing PCB boards maybe frequency, power, etc;
& Planting Equipt. for correctly placing PA's, BGA, etc before heating or soldering.
I'm I correct?
Pls tell me.

kind of .....but not all correct ...... :-) BGA kits are also used for making Tin Balls on the BGA IC

Hello syed,
Pls can you give me a link to where I can find out more about these item and there usefulness/ how to actually use them?
I dont want to buy something I will not use, moreover in this part of the world, there are not much spare part available or are there experienced repairs people who I can learn from.
Also I heard of OSCILIOSCOPE!!!! what are all these stuff?
Can Expereienced men pls tell us all?

I had the BGA kit but i didnt know how to use it, I got some info from scaramouche now Im doing good read this thread

Danny,
u shld try to learn and understand the component layout of handset. BGA is component u cannot remove with soldering iron, u need to get BGA test jigs to do this effectively. If u had been soldering before,u dont need to shiver most of this equipment comes with tutorial videos.
However,it is BGA IC u will be trying to remove. I recommend u soldering station 3 in 1. I hope this will help u.
