Cloned sim question

Total novice here what i was wondering was if you have a cloned sim + original in 2 diffrent phones both switched on would both phones recieve the same txt messages,or would it only be the one that last answered a call ?

no, which one makes last action, it will active, it will receive call and sms. never together.
