Not work with all phone!
*Make a card with SimEmu
*Put it the right IMSI of the operator bloked your phone and put Ki that you want!!
*Put right IMSI and right Ki of the operator with which you goes used your phone in another sel.phone position in Simemu.
*Start your phone with position of the operator bloked your phone and go to simemu and change sel.phone position with which you goes used your phone .
Your phone change operator and work like Sim unlocked!!
