i've the latest box update

V2.42 BoxID:EFBA
SN:
ACTIVATED BOX

i flashed 3 time successfully my 3650, but every time when the flash process is done, i've this error message

can't set phone mode
No Communication with phone
Power phone manually and press 'OK'

afterflash process ... fail
and of course, the phone wont turn on
i tried to flash with v2.50 & 2.41

i think it must be a flash version, so i need to flash it with a lower version, or with the latest

thx for support

maybe you have cable that have no BSI conected !!
BSI is in midle of batery conector.
Try to disconect cable from box and conect it agein, then try to power on your phone !!

i opened the connector and BSI si connected to UTP 3 (it's right)

but i don't see any resistance

BSI to GND 68kohm (8-9)
BSI to UTP pin "3" 3,3kohm

could it be that the problem ?

Mine have 47k in place of 68K and no 3.3K on BSI line. I followed this suggested wiring but when inserting phone to cable, the red LED on griffin turn on. Is this normal? Pls reply. I'm having a problem flashing 3650. It flash normally, but after flash processing, it fails. Can't set phone mode. Turning manually "ON" the phone do no good coz the phone just displays "nokia", then fade for three times before turning off, that's why it can't set phone mode. Inserting charger doesn't do good either....
