I'd like to know how can I change the size of an image of a SL45i flash with the Siemens flash modifier, ffModifier.

You can't. You can only install new images with the same size.
You need to edit with an Hex editor the flash to change the size (as did in the selectable operator logo patch).

i have a very good picture for Vibra icon , but i can't replace the original one with this one using program (ffmod od Rizpn) cos the phone always shutdown when i replace any pic. the only way to change any pic in the firmware is to convert the picture to( VPK file )and upload it with (V_KLay) program .
can anyone help me to convert that picture to VPK file ??

N.B : there is many vpk files made by Rizpn and others to change the vibra icon but i do not like the picture which done by it i want one to put the one i have

Use WinHex (http://free-zd.hinet.hr/avukic666/siemens/novi/programi/winhex.zip) .
1. Open existing .bin file (that you are using in your SL)(i.e. sl45.bin)
2. Change pics with ffmod, and save the file (i.e. 2l45_2.bin)
3. Now open new file with winhex (now both are open; sl45.bin and sl45_2.bin). Those 2 files sre the same, just the pics are different.
4. Now choose in File Manager/Compare
5. Copy the differrences in V_Klay and patch it.
