View Full Version : UCABLES continues the comercialization of SIM-EMU WITHOUT my consent
In spite of my reiterated orders that I am doing from the May-10-2003 (end of the agreement) to UCABLES so that the commercialization of product SIMCARD8 finalizes (SilverCard with prerecorded SIM-EMU), I want to say you that until today, June-3-2003, UCABLES continues selling this product without my consent.

My advise is to start selling it too, at a cheaper price, if "supportable"
it's really true, simemu. i bought it myself. sorry, but i didnīt know it was illegal.
but i really bought sim-master and a silvercard programmed with simemu ver 4.10

The guys have very expensive prices, in portugal you can buy sim master at a cheaper price, and green, green2 and silver card at cheper prices than ucables.
Many people sell silver green or green 2, and if you want they programs the card with sim emu to you
Why to buy on ucables?!?!?!?!?!

UCABLES never sold SIM-EMU. They sell SIMCARD8 with SIM-EMU preprogrammed.
They never wanted to put a link to my page. Did you view any time a link before ?
As now they don't pay me, they put that advice.
But they did not pay me to continue the use, so they are making piracy with my soft.

Yes that is right, and they are cheating on you when put that on the site. I don't know what kind of contract you have with ucables, if is with sim emu software of is of selling products.
Now that they put the link of your sit, just write over there, on http://simemu.com/ that ucables ended permission of selling that product, and they have no authorisation to do that, everything you have said here on teh forum , and if people buy there, they are beeing cheated......... something like that
I was thinking to do that, but after some time.

With sim-emu 6 you can store 10 numbers inside a silver card.

You never pretend that the hexfiles are yours, you just modified the work of RONNY STERN the creator of (motorola testcard, and Goldwaffer simcard). You should at least mentioned that. How dare you...

no,, same script(simpic), just modified. anyway good work but just blaming him for pretending as his script and that's sneeky.
SIMEMU has nothing to do with SIMPIC
Sim-Emu is based on Dejan's SIM emulator and that was mentioned on the site. It's one of the first thing mentioned on the site...
Dejan's work is free to use and change as it is stated on the files.
SIM-EMUs work is *NOT FREE*... just program your silver card with the original Dejan version and compare...
It is not a crime to get something that is free, work on it (and work like hell! because that's what was done) and sell it if you wish...
It's not like he's taking something free and selling as it was... The changes are enormous!!! Just these
- Updating the numbers on the MENU
- Real security! having PINs and PUKs (not on original)
are worth charging for it.
And he's giving out his work for free...
So I *COMPLETELY* agree that he gets pi***d off when somebody's making profit when he clearly states that he'll give it for free as long as noone is selling it out.
Different authors have different views of their work.
Dejan's view was: I've made this, use it, change it, sell it, do whatever you like because I won't work on it again...
simemu's view is: I've worked myself out on this... I improve it everyday... I work for free... please don't make a joke of me by getting this and selling as it is, without any work from you... If this is the case I'm better off working for myself, not sharing it and if you wish, buy from me.
So please... respect people's choices... inform yourself (comparing simemu with simpic... really..)...

Don't know if simemu is able to supply the cards... but go to his site (http://simemu.cjb.net and check his sponsor... they said they'd have Green2 cards by tomorrow and for sure they'll make you a good price for 1000 cards...
Maybe contact them via mail and do reference 'simemu' (affiliate id 13) when doing it.
They're spanish but I think they'll understand english for sure.

I have not SilverCards. I should buy them to Neotronics or another internet shop and sell them to you.
Try to see if the Neotronics prices are convenient to you and if they send to Germany.

The SIM-EMU is not based in SIMPIC and the scripts was fully written for me. Compare them and you will see it.
The first version of SIM-EMU was based in Dejan GSM-SIM as I said in my pages from 2001.
Please read the SIM-EMU history before to make comments.

Anyway Ronny stern, Dejan... the same but beleive me Ronny stern is the one hwo made the first script communication code the scards project ofcorse not his idea either he based his work on the "gsm sim hacked" article on web site "comp128" comminication between simcard and gsm mobile procedure and that for many years ago. Anyway "SIM_EMU" good jobb and continue work, I also admit that had it very hard writing good flsah file for Piccards, I found your hexfiles good enaugh so sience and research to be continued. Take a look at Proggy, writin in VB.

i've got a 'simcard8', it's a black card with seller logo on a sticker . I buyed it 1 years ago on a french online reseller.
What's best way to find an evidence this card is based on sim_emu format?
I need be sure before 'inform' them by mail and report their url and response here.

Look at the menu added to the sim. Which is the items name?
i haven't used sim_emu, it's a simcard reader wich came with is own software (dejan simscan with 'frontend in fact)
i just need to identify if the card use sim_emu's 'skeletton' whithout damage it coz i'll will return this card, it cost 99 euros here, very expensive for an old silvercard with sim_emu format *if it is* (i'm 99% sure), but i have no idea to recognize this pre-formated form to have an evidence. :confused:
does any have an idea?
(i got a phoenix/jdm programmator & a simmaster)
