Pin2 Locked

By Mistake i locked pin2 after trying 3 times

this what i did for line#2
when entering imsi and ki i decide to enter pin2 as 1010
then i changed my mind and want to change it to 1111
so i went to sim-emu configuration pin2/puk2 and entered my new pin2 so far everything went find, but when i want to enter my 3rd line i entered 1234 as pin2 not knowing i change pin2 for configuration, i thought i change line2 pin2
so i tried 3times till its locked

is there is a way to reopen it, or i have to erase the whole thing

your prompt help is needed and appreciated

unlock pin2 by phone secury settings (not SimEmu menu) !! it'll ask for PUK2 the default it's 12345678

I will keep this in mind
i waited last night for an answer, i start all over again by writting a sim-emu on the same card again and everything now back to normal
