Here's a small Excel spreadsheet to ease up on the process of finding the combination of ADN / SMS / FDN according to your type of card...

You just change each of the three values and see the result on the right... There is a column for each card... as long as the configuration it'll show green for that card, red otherwise.

The restriction of minimum and maximum for the values of ADN/SMS/FDN are also implemented... bad values will show up red...

Anyway... take a look and decide the usefulness yourselves...
