Alcatel BE3 BE4 problem

I have these two handsets with these problems.

1. One Touch view Db BE3 16B which displays "SOS CALL only" Which software I can use please! I tried Andromeda 59 but does not work.

2. Alcatel 302 BE4 138. When put the SIM CARD the phone does not stays on even the battery is full. If the SIM card is removed then the phone stays on.

Really appreciate any help.

u need to flash your fones with the correct flashes. alcatels have such stange behaviours if u use the wrong flashes

read the details below the battery look for a similar working phone. read flash and use that flash to repair the non working phone

for your be3 use old soft of zulea on dos mode to unlock it , it will solve your problem i have this one time with one soft under windows i just unlock the phone with this old soft and it working again, for you be 4 i can't help you
