No Network & No Access what's the difference ?!

Hi Mates ,

Please help me find out which part in TX or RX is broken or have to check in both cases searching then no network or no access !!

OK Guys I Knew that no network phone can't find any net , and with no access can't get to the net sending or recieving , but what's the reason ? offcourse beside changing PA !
