I'have problem with 868, so if anyone can help me, I'll be happy

First it started to freezes sometimes, working slow while I'm going through menus, and some strange (test or similar) menu was apearing sometimes.
Then started to be very hard to turn-on phone (pressing NO for 10-20 seconds, 3-4 times, or similar)...
...and now, it cannot be turned-on anymore.
So, what is a problem? Have anybody similar expiriences? Software error? Can I try to flash it?
