when i try to flash the 8310 ... the above msg comes up....
what is the possible cause for the error msg..... i am using the latest fia files....

Use the old bundled FIA files, do not use batteries clean contact from your phone as well as ur flashing clip. If problem persist check phones internal parapherals.:D
It's 100% pins contact problem.
Just check your cable.
not only pins it is also for FIA files...use newer files or if u r using cheap china flashers then u may have 2 forget abt this use griffin instead...
pins are 100% ok..and have used both old/new fia s //

if your cable and fia are ok.. than your phone is faulty.

From my experience with DCT4 flasher, it was the fia files that caused the same problem you have. Use standard fia packet that comes with WinDCT4 2.0
