Griffin Strange error33333333 after updating to 1.987

My griffin flashes all DCT-3 phones and also unlocks all types of phones but whenever I am trying to flash DCT-4 phones It gives me error 33333333. My Box is not activated but updated to version 2.42 and I am using 1.987 software version. Before upgrading to 2.42 and 1.987 software my box was working fine but from yesterday I got this message after upgrading my Box.

I hear from griffin team if your box not active dont use 1.987 you only can with soft under 1.986
