it's hardware problem,

in 99% of cases it's 5CR microBga
also can be the IC that have legs from all four sides [signed as 11001 etc]

also can be faulty PA ...

5CR is the power supply ic, located left side of the pa, and ' the IC that have legs from all four sides [signed as 11001 etc] " is the RF generator, located right and down side of the pa

You mean:
1011102/ ... BGA ... is POWER chip
01011 ... smd ... is RF
1011120/ ... BGA ... is AUDIO chip

I replace POWER chip, but cosupation is still present!!
I mean that PA is faulty!:(

I used to think that this is caused by bad soldered PA, and I always repair them by reballing the PA. But in almost all cases, the phone dont consume battery anymore, but will develope network problem !!!!

So which is correct???
Lets hear from the experts

Yestrday I replace RF ..... and today I will see that battery is still FULL!
So:
RF is solution!
