Bug with selectable operator logo

I found a bug in "66B selectable operator logo" by RizaPN

when the keypad is not locked and I push up-arrow the animated logo or blinking colon stops and after I go to a menu and come back ,everything turns back to normal state.

Can anybody send a copy of its firmware because i have applied this patch several times but it blocs the phone i think its because of my firmware. Than again all the other patches are great thanks to all soft programmers...
