He sent me fake or free HEX-es for DCT4.
I sent him 1 licence for DIV 6.2 last month.

Whether these guys are cheaters or not, doing business is smple, you state the terms at the beginning of a deal and then stick to them.
If someone claims to have sent money but witholds the password to collect it, then they have broken the deal IMO, end of deal.
Neither party sounds suitable to deal with. There are plenty of trustable guys on the web, look harder, and maybe pay a little more.

as he did not send me anything as per usual. He told my lawyer he had sent me the goods. So I have just spoken to him again via ICQ just now and again he says tomorrow I send the tracking number. I will not hold my breath, otherwise I am sure to die! We shall see but this must be the tenth time this 'man' has promised the tracking number tomorrow! Their is a saying Tommorow never comes I think it is Namans Company Logo! I will keep you posted whether tomorrow arrives or not!! :( :rolleyes:
