Problem about SIMEMU6,Pls help me!

When I try to write SIM_EMU_EP_6.00.hex into 24LC64, I found
this file is too large to fit the chip, and it doesn't work after I write
the chip, What's happened to me?

How can I write this file in right way? Please help me!

What program are you trying to use?

If you have a Silver Card you need to choose the 6.00s version with the configurator.
