View Full Version : Can every SIM card be cloned?
thx for the answer in advance
How do I know which one can be cloned, and which can`t?
There are mainly three types of SIMS:
A) COMP128v1 cards
B) COMP128V2 cards
C) proprietary cypher cards [germany D2 and others])
Type A cards are all clonable to date (even with limited KI runs and with Strong KI, thanks to Dejan for the software to crack the KIs and the first emulator. Thanks to Daniel for improving the emulator)
Type B cards are not yet clonable because no-one has been able to crack the algorithm, let alone implement it on a card
Type C cards are better forgotten... too few users, too much trouble.
Post your operator(s) and maybe someone from the same operator can tell you the type of cards they use.

Ok once mor for Germany please. You say that there are too few users. What do You mean with this? In Germany You have only trouble with everything. Do You want to say, that the operator can see, that my phone work with a cloned card? Is this possible to see it for the operator?
