I have a BF4 with the same problem. Can someone link a working cable schematic so that I can make some tests? The one i found doesn't work for my phone.
Thank you

Thank you for the scheme, but the link doesn't work
Here the error I get with Henrich's software
ERROR - Phone don't answer correct R1
Any ideas?
Thank you
try first connect with wray, disconnect and then connect with henrich. on some pc this is one way to make henrich software work.
100% hardware problem

nothing to do, it doesn't work. When connected to the serial port it keeps blinking and then turning off. Wray doesn't connect, and even Henrich does not.
Technical assistance says it's "damaged software"...
Are you using a cable with MAX 232 and 1uF Capacitor? I've found some schemes with MAX 3232 (same as 232 but for low voltage applications) and 2uF capacitors..
Maybe the cable? (but why it sometimes recognizes the flash?)

What do you mean for "rehot"? Sorry but I'm not English :)
The phone is already opened but those chips are covered (there's a metallic box covering them). Can you explain me how to reach those chips and what to do then?
Thank you ;)

remove metallic box and
tray to reflow them if not work and
if you are master of BGA soldring u can remove and resolder them back
When phone blinks don't touch software
it's 100% hardware common problem in 511

Ok, so I can try to do what gsmspace suggests, because the phone is always gone and the technical assistance says it's a "damaged software" problem and I have nothing to loose in trying to open it and resolder it :)
Is it so easy to remove metallic box?
I tried yesterday but it's very hard to remove. Is there a method or a particular tool for removing it?
Thank you guys for your support
