Div Not working [Archive]

I have original Hardlock and Smart Card. When I start the program it shows Dongle not found or Fastkey not found. How to solve the problem.

Try earlier DIV versions. Your dongle seems to be chinese copy. 7.1 doesn't work with this copies.

I have tried div 6.2 also and getting same error. I have original Hardlock and Smart Card.

Change settings of your LPT port.
Try all of them.

Tried with another PC and changed the LPT settings also. Getting same error.

Have you connected the dongle in both USB and LPT?
As I understand, parallel port mode doesn't affect work.

So, may be one of the ports not working or USB device drivers not installed.
