DIV don't support t66/t600 .

@zoccolo my friend ... look here ... the solution :

but still some tricks ... ;)
So ... I will explane :

add the charger to data cable or put the 5V like on the picture from .zip file

When you start the software and click to "Clear user lock",connect
phone to cable and that is all.
