I made a purchase with them.
my product arrives me, buy 3 articles. of those which alone 1 work me ok. the other ones 2 don't work me.
do I write email and don't they respond I already go 4 days writing them and don't they respond.?.. :mad:

that it is my history :rolleyes:

I not have this problem you of another. they don't respond. newly yesterday Tuesday I received a mail I responded waiting another answer and anything. they are not very good in giving support and in giving guarantee it seems. I will count them in that finishes this problem ok. thank you.

I have recently bought goods from them two items were missing.
When you have a problem they do not respond so I sent them an email from another email address suprise, suprise I got a response from the other email as they thought it was a sale.

They are a nightmare it took 2 weeks from start to finish before we received our products.

they respond when they want. they told me that he/she sent returned the bad articles. and they replaced but I only sent one to see, if it is that they replace me or not. I am to the wait to have that it happens. they are not very good dealers.

First, thank you very much for your this message.

Unlockcel ordered 3pcs C3xx unlocking clip from us. We sold lots this clip
before him and never has bad response. After he email us the problem. I had
transfered his questions to our engineering dept. The day he responsed problem
is night of July 10th (Thursday). And we don't work each Sunday.
Just as you know, technology problem need some time to reslove. And we reslove
his problem for him on July 15th. Of course, we didn't response him in time
because we need time to test the box and answer his questions.
We are very busy each day and lots email and fax and other thing need to handle.
And i forgot to inform him that we need a few days to reslove his problem and he
need some patience, That is the bigger reason to cause the misunderstanding on
that page you mentioned.

my history continues equally. as I said in the other one post.

they responded me, but not yet I have solution of my problem. that because they are hoping the bad team arrives him. it is comprehensible the delay but the problem was that they don't respond quick for some bad product. but if they respond quick when we speak for them?. me alone he/she wanted to comment my situation. not yet receipt the substitution. me alone he/she sent a bad clip for fear that when arriving me they don't return one good neither the bad. it is my distrust for the suffering problem.
I will comment all that happens me with this problem. ok.

Hello.
I comment him that me not and I receive but restored of these people. I requested them if they could send me the good clip that you/they work while they hope the bad arrive. we don't lose this way time. but they don't respond. then I will show him the mail that you/they sent me.. I am waiting answers and anything.. : (
I comment them what I spend because I don't want that it passes them the same thing. if they don't solve my problem I will count the complete history. I hope we solve this. thank you.

they should register here they give this way an answer but quick if they are reading me greattop registers to be able to receive and to respond my doubts and those of the other ones..

I suggested to greattop.com that you/they send me the two clip that you/they work well. while they hope the bad arrive. this because he/she sent it by mail normal. since it is very expensive the shipment for DHL. sincerely I will be very grateful.
they don't respond to my email. that bothers me but that the problem. because it is as if they remained silent it to one.
I hope he/she can help me.

Wat I think is that once they earn your money, they dun even give a damn to you after that. I alway had to chase them for things. They are famous for sending faulty things. Can you imagine, I buy so many clips from them and all is faulty. This time the shipping is the biggest and they took my money and NEVER SENT MY GOODS. I try to contact them for 2 weeks but they dun seem to care and dun even wish to refund my $$$. Avoid this company unless you wish to invite troubles and cause headache for yourself..

I have placed quite a few orders with grace and have personnally found that there service has got a lot quicker.
Greattop always recently resolved my problems on the next order.

Yesterday they sent me half of wat I had ordered. But the clip again are faulty again despite I already reminded them many times to check them b4 sending it to me. Change it 2 times already now still faulty :mad: Wasted 2 times of my shipping to n fro cost me over 70 USD for nothing..

Dunno now how she is going to solve my problem again.. *Sigh*

mi ingles no es muy bueno, como te daras cuenta. pero lo que yo dije y deje claro es que ellos no son timadores NOOO. si no habeces les falta personal para responder todas las dudas, y muchos articulos llegan malos. defectuosos. yo no compro solo a ellos tengo muchos proveedores pero aquella ves tuve muchos problemas con ellos pero ya se resolvio mas no doy votos de calidad.

I already solved my problem with them (greattop). they delayed but all fine one
