Look for Arrow-Up-Key for Profile-Swapping

maybe you can help me. I look for how to patch the Arrow-Up-Key for the Profile-Swapping (DAC752D6) by RizaPN.

I found only this Patch, but I don't understand, which is the entry-point.

It don't work, Up-Arrow-Key is still SIM-Location.

You can see, there are the same addres 3B0474 with 10 bytes (see SIM-Location Patch). I think, we need another offset for the entrypoint profile swapping (DAC752D6):
