T66 background Noise/crackling

Hi, All.

Have a T66 when calling,receiver phone hears cracking noise on the background.

Microphone is ok, beause without microphone is same pproblem.

Suspect bad solder balls under BGA, but which one?

u have DSP on the right hand side of the PCB just reflow it or if u can arrange change it if reflow not work
