Bf311 After Unlock Did "call End"heellpp!

i unlock 3 phones alka 311,but when i restart, phone see network,and i try to call ,after 5 sec ,phone say "call ended" and signal is "bip.bip,bip".
please help me!
i try flash another full flash,i rewrite after flash ,original teh Zone;result..phone not work"bad".
i flash with CPX 103 repair ,with "clone".but result is identic with original flash.or when start phone,she work for 5 sec,and after lock.(sorry for my bad english :) )

for call ended, with simcard type ###847# and press ok...phone reboots and everything is ok.

ARTIKA ,i change 48 bits,...yes ,software reparaid .(IS THE GREAT IDEEA-THANKS YOU),but......call not go.is the same problem with "call end"
