R600 handsfree

I have one with the problem it has switched to handsfree mode,and cannot be flashed also I know what to do when t65,t68 do that but I cannot find that parts in r600-what controls handsfree and communication mode in r600 phones?

first clean your phone because if you cant flash phone not clean contacts i sume your phone have water demage
